Yellowstone Bourbon: Nose: Dry oak, menthol, dark fruit, rye spice, banana, dried cherry, caramel, herbs, licorice, and brown butter Palate: Creamy with vanilla fudge, herbaceous spice, rich toffee, smoked caramel, roasted hazelnuts, peanut brittle, flamed orange zest, and toasted sourdough bread Finish: Lasting cardamom and nutmeg heat, smoky oak, and brown sugar
