This rosé is composed of 51% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 14% Cinsault, 7% Carignan, 2.6% Rolle, and 3.4% other varietals. The grapes are harvested at night and undergo gentle, direct pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation.
