The Sorì San Lorenzo is the most recognizable and ageable of the three single vineyards, showcasing a typical nose with slowly emerging notes of licorice, black tea, savory and balsamic herbs, graphite, and violet, which create a complex and layered bouquet. On the palate, it offers a wealth of fresh dark berry fruit, particularly blueberry, accompanied by dense and powerful tannins that lead to a long-lasting finish.
