The Zinfandel lends its ripe red fruit and jammy strawberry, while the silky Merlot contributes notes of blueberry and hints of chocolate - with the Petite Sirah serving as the backbone, enhancing the overall color and texture of the wine. Each varietal is fermented separately before blending, and finally being aged on a unique oak regime for a distinctive texture.
