All bottles are packed in temperature-controlled, shock-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the distance.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you offer international shipping?
